Water glycol fluids filtration unit is used in particulate removal in water, potassium format, glycol, hydrocarbon and silicone chemistries. The water glycol fluids consists of a solution of water ethylene or diethylene glycol and a high molecular weight polyglycol. The glycol mixture contain 38 to 45 percent water. In order to identify the mixture, the fluids contain red or pink dye. Apart from that, these are offered to our customers in different sizes with custom made options such as fluid handling capacity, material of construction, and flow rate. It is mainly designed as well as tested to be used with triethylene glycol, potassium formate, dynalenes propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, silicone and hydrocarbon based heat transfer fluids.
The glycol fluids consists of a solution of water ethylene or diethylene glycol which has a high molecular weight polyglycol and an addictive package.
The water content is periodically tested and the operating temperatures of the fluid should be kept below 150
Always upper operating temperature limits must be considered
